Regional Program Director

We're looking for an experienced, data-driven sports professional to join our team. We're in the early stages of rolling out a nationwide Athlete Performance Assessment program for high school athletes (ages 13+) across all organized high school sports.

ROLE: Regional Program Director — Four Positions Available

Regions: Southeast, Northeast, Southwest, Northwest

These regional roles will be established once athlete populations reach the maximum threshold for A.P.E.X. to manage independently within each region.

What We're Looking For:

Coaching Background
At least 5 years of hands-on coaching experience, plus a solid background in sports operations.

Data and Analytics
Comfortable working with statistical data on athletes (ages 13+) across multiple sports. You should genuinely enjoy digging into numbers and using them to drive decisions. Experience with sports data technology like Rapsodo is a big plus.

Athlete Development
You've mapped out athlete progression plans before — from kids working toward making varsity, all the way to elite prospects targeting collegiate and professional careers after graduation.

Technical Skills
Familiar with tech platforms, UX/UI concepts in sports software, and athlete development programming. Sharp with communication tools — Discord, Slack, social media, email, and SMS are all part of daily operations.

CRM and Logistics
Experience managing CRM systems, coordinating schedules, and handling the logistics of coach and athlete assignments at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Assignment Management

·       Join our Strategic Team to help manage the automated systems that onboard and assign organizations, facilities, sponsors, coaches, athletes, directors, and mentors across your region.

·       Match athlete assessment assignments with the right A.P.E.X. Evaluators — making sure every pairing makes sense geographically and by sport.

·       Build and maintain relationships with pro athletes, sports medicine professionals, collegiate athletes, recruiters, scouts, athletic directors, and other leaders in the sports industry.

·       Work alongside professional scouts, recruiters, and athletes from organizations like MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA, MLS, PLL, and others to manage the assessments and corrective programs they've helped build within our software.

·       Compile nationwide data and statistics collected through these programs, and apply those insights to our proprietary algorithm — designed to help athletes reach their ceiling, reduce injury risk, and build a foundation from the high school level through college and into professional sports for the elite athletes who make it that far.

Evaluator Support and Mentorship

·       Support the A.P.E.X. Evaluator Network using strong people skills — running large team Zoom meetings, overseeing training sessions, and enforcing strict privacy, data protection, and child safety protocols.

·       Oversee the upcoming integration of our exclusive athlete mentorship programs, connecting young athletes with collegiate and professional athletes who serve as directors, advisors, and mentorship leaders on our team.

Program Quality and Standards

·       Maintain high standards across every program we run — B.A.S.E., Sport Specific Assessments, A.P.E.X. Assessments, and beyond. Every assessment must meet strict company guidelines, no exceptions.
